I coached competitive youth soccer for 12 years, and my path toward becoming a Physical Therapist began during a pivotal moment on the field when one of my players experienced a medical emergency. In that instant, I realized I lacked the depth of knowledge needed to truly support my athletes — not just as a coach, but as a mentor responsible for their well-being.
That experience ignited a deeper pursuit of understanding the human body, ultimately leading me to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Over the past three years in practice, I've been driven by a commitment to help others stay active, resilient, and connected to the activities they love.
My approach extends beyond traditional therapy. I have a deep passion for movement, health, and wellness — shaped by the teachings of pioneers in human physiology such as Wim Hof and Dr. Stig Severinsen. I incorporate principles of natural healing into my work, drawing from herbal remedies, functional medicine, and naturopathy to support the body's innate ability to recover and thrive.
I believe our bodies are powerful gateways to a strong and vibrant life. Whether you're recovering from injury or simply looking to move and feel better, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
The same passion that drives me outside drives my practice. I understand firsthand why staying healthy matters.

"Greg at The Anchor Physical Therapy was great. I went in with lower back pain that had been really bothering me, and he helped me feel so much better. He listened, explained what was going on, and made the whole appointment feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about helping people get better."
"Came to see Greg after getting my shoulder injured in a hockey game. He gave me the exercises and plan to recover much quicker than I would normally and the confidence and info I needed to feel comfortable. Overall I highly recommend him for your PT needs."

Yes — a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation is available for anyone who wants to ask questions and see if we're the right fit. It's a relaxed conversation, no pressure. Book yours here.
Greg treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions including sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, back and neck pain, shoulder and knee injuries, concussions, and general orthopedic issues. He also works with athletes on performance optimization and injury prevention. If you're unsure whether PT is right for your situation, the complimentary consultation is a great place to start.
Your first session is a thorough evaluation. Greg will review your history, goals, and any relevant imaging or medical records, then assess your movement, strength, and mobility. By the end of the visit you'll have a clear picture of what's going on and a personalized plan to address it. Most patients leave feeling heard and already moving better.
Initial evaluations are typically 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 45–60 minutes. The number of visits varies widely by condition and goal — some people feel significantly better in 4–6 sessions, while longer-term or complex cases may benefit from ongoing care. Greg will give you an honest estimate after your first visit so you can plan accordingly.
No. California is a direct access state, which means you can see a physical therapist without a physician's referral. You can book directly and get started right away. If your situation requires coordination with your doctor, Greg will communicate with your care team on your behalf.
Telehealth sessions are conducted over a secure video call on your computer, tablet, or phone. Greg will evaluate your movement, posture, and symptoms in real time — then guide you through exercises, manual techniques you can perform yourself, and coaching cues just as he would in person. It's a highly effective option for home exercise programs, follow-ups, injury prevention, and conditions that don't require hands-on treatment.
We'd love to chat about what works best for your situation — reach out for your complimentary consultation and we can go over payment options together. Patients with out-of-network benefits may also be eligible for partial reimbursement from their insurer; we can provide the documentation you need to submit a claim. Get in touch and we'll figure it out.
